THE LONG HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST

Double room with ensuite shower room	£27.00	per person based on 2 sharing
1 rollaway bed in a double room	£12.50	for a child up to 12 years
Single room with private shower room	£30.00	per person
1 cot	£3.50

All of the above prices are per night and include VAT and full English breakfast. Tea, coffee and homemade biscuits are available all day in the dining room.

Dogs are welcome, we do not charge please provide your own dog bed, bowls, food etc, generally dogs will sleep under the stairs with a great view of the paddock!

If you stay 7 nights you will get one night free!

There is no additional charge for more than 2 people to stay in The Little House, and linens and towels are included in the price. Please call in advance if you require a cot. We do not charge any additional fees for electricity. NOTE: Short breaks may be available, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Dogs are welcome, we do not charge. Please provide your own dog bed, bowls, food etc.

MEALS

Packed lunches £5.00 per person
For example: crusty rolls, home made cake and cheese straws, fruit and water.

Evening meals are available if booked at least 48 hours in advance at £14 per person for 2 homecooked courses. Let us know about any dietary requirements. We are not a licenced premises, but will be happy to chill wine/beer if you would like to bring your own.

EQUIPMENT

An equipment shed is available for everyone, we do not charge, please make a donation and we will invest all the money into more toys for your next visit!
